Peer-Reviewed Human Clinical Studies
Peer-Reviewed Human Clinical Studies
We understand that you value thorough research, and we’re here to deliver. We present peer-reviewed human trial studies published in prestigious journals: the Nutrition Journal, and the Obesity Journal. These studies shed light on the unmatched effectiveness of the R2M Protocol compared to other wellness, nutrition, DETOX, and diet approaches. Notably, these studies contrast the inefficacy of most wellness and weight management protocols when pitted against the R2M Protocol DETOX.
Nutrition Journal
Nutrition Journal
Within the pages of the Nutrition Journal, we proudly share one of our peer-reviewed human trial studies. This comprehensive study offers compelling insights into the effectiveness of the R2M Protocol DETOX compared to a multitude of wellness, nutrition, and diet methods. This scientific examination underscores the superiority of our approach.
Obesity Journal
Obesity Journal
The Obesity Journal serves as the platform for another of our peer-reviewed human trial studies. This rigorous study delves deep into the performance of the R2M Protocol DETOX, setting it apart from the myriad wellness and weight management strategies available today. The results speak volumes about the excellence of our approach.

This study explores the effects of intermittent fasting combined with protein pacing on weight loss, body composition, and cardiometabolic health in overweight men and women. The study found that this combination was effective for weight loss and improvements in body composition, without adversely impacting hunger or appetite.

Peter Greenlaw
Peter Greenlaw
Peter Greenlaw, “researcher of researchers,” has shared valuable insights through co-authored books and over 1,500 global lectures. He introduced The TDOS Syndrome, linking toxicity, nutrition deficiency, overweight, and stress to energy, sleep, stress, and weight gain. Peter is producing “The Greenlaw Report,” featuring health scientists, medical experts, and researchers. He is a frequent guest on various media platforms, including ABC Windy City Live and Fox Los Angeles.
Some interesting facts…
As per the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), a concerning 92% of Americans grapple with Metabolic Syndrome, a condition marked by three or more of these factors: excess weight, elevated blood sugar, increased blood pressure, elevated cholesterol levels, and high triglycerides.
Here, we present insights from peer-reviewed studies published in the Nutrition Journal (NJ) and the Obesity Journal (OJ), scrutinizing the R2M Protocol DETOX. These findings are thoughtfully contrasted with the comprehensive JAMA Study, which assessed numerous prevalent diets.
The scientific evidence from the R2M Protocol DETOX, backed by these peer-reviewed studies, unequivocally demonstrates its superiority over traditional nutrition and diet programs. The studies spanned one to two months, while the JAMA study extended over 12 months. Importantly, participants in the Arciero studies refrained from exercise to ensure impartial results.
Weight Loss
In the studies (NJ and OJ), participants using the R2M Protocol DETOX achieved remarkable weight loss, shedding 16 pounds in just 30 days. In contrast, the JAMA study reported a similar weight loss of 16 pounds, but over a duration of one year. The conclusion is striking: R2M demonstrated weight loss results twelve times faster than the JAMA study.
Lean Muscle Mass
Lean Muscle Mass
The peer-reviewed studies also demonstrated the significant benefit of R2M Protocol DETOX in terms of lean muscle gain. Participants in these studies experienced a notable increase of 6% to 8% in lean muscle mass. In comparison, participants in the JAMA study saw a decline in lean muscle mass.
Metabolic Factors
Metabolic Factors
The studies (NJ and OJ) revealed significant improvements in various metabolic factors, including weight, blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, and triglycerides. In contrast, the JAMA study showed no significant reduction in these metabolic factors.
Additional Notable Results
Additional Notable Results
In addition to the remarkable weight loss, participants in the studies experienced the following improvements:
6.2% reduction in blood sugar.
4% decrease in insulin levels, a finding that is unprecedented considering typical blood sugar medications.
15% reduction in cholesterol levels.
13% decrease in LDL bad cholesterol levels.
24% reduction in triglyceride levels.
Furthermore, participants in the R2M studies also benefited from:
74% decrease in the hormone Leptin, associated with obesity and related diseases.
41% reduction in hunger, which was not observed in the JAMA study.
33% reduction in visceral fat, a result never seen before in any weight loss protocol, confirming the safety of R2M in preserving and even increasing lean muscle mass.
25% reduction in inflammation, as measured by the T-bars scientific analysis.
Significant reductions in toxins, in contrast to the JAMA study, which showed no reduction in toxicity levels.
Comparative Results
Comparative Results
An eight-week R2M study published in the Obesity Journal (OJ) outperformed a study conducted by the New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM) using the popular Heart Health Diet (HHD):
OJ participants lost 68% more weight in eight weeks than those on the NEJM study.
OJ participants lost twice as much visceral fat in eight weeks compared to the NEJM study.
These scientific results underscore the effectiveness of the R2M Protocol DETOX in rapidly and safely improving health, addressing the five factors contributing to metabolic unhealthiness.
